Information we collect
When you place an order
We collect your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number and the details of what you buy. We currently accept payment by direct bank transfer. We send our bank details to you privately by email after you place your order, and we keep a record of the payments we receive (such as the amount, date and payment reference) so we can match them to your order. We don’t collect or store card details on our website.
When you create an account
If you create an account, we store your name, email address, password (in encrypted form), saved addresses and order history, so you can check out faster and follow your orders.
When you contact us
When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, your phone number if you choose to give it, and your message. We also keep the emails you send us and notes from phone calls, so we can help with your question.
When you join our newsletter
If you sign up for news and offers, we store your email address and use it to send you updates about new stock and deals.
When you browse our website
Like most websites, we automatically receive some technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you visit and the website that referred you. Our store also records how you arrived at our website, for example from a search engine or a link, and saves this with any order you place so we understand which channels bring customers to us.
How we use your information
- To process, ship and deliver your orders, and to send order confirmations and updates.
- To answer your questions and provide support with your purchase, including warranty and returns.
- To send our newsletter, if you have signed up for it.
- To keep our website and store secure and to prevent fraud and spam.
- To understand how our website is used and improve it.
- To keep the records we need for accounting, tax and legal reasons.
Cookies
Cookies are small files saved by your browser. We use a small number of cookies that our website needs to work, plus cookies that record how you arrived at our store. We don’t use advertising cookies.
