Ways to contact us

Pick the topic that fits your question and we will point you in the right direction. Every message reaches the same team that sells, sets up and supports our bikes.

Before you contact us: what to include

The more detail you send, the faster we can give you a complete answer. A good message usually includes:

  • Your name and the best email address for our reply.
  • The bike or part you are asking about, with the model and year if you know them.
  • Your order number, if your question is about an order you have placed.
  • The frame number (VIN) for warranty and parts questions, so we can match the exact version of your bike.
  • A short description of what you need, or what is happening with your bike.
  • Your phone number, if you would like a call back.

Photos and short videos help a lot with technical questions. Once we reply to your message, simply attach them to your email response and they will go straight to the person handling your question.

Electric dirt bike support: how we can help

Our team handles everything from first questions to after-sales care. Here is what to expect for the most common topics, and the details that help us answer quickly.

Choosing the right bike

Tell us your height, weight, riding experience and where you plan to ride, and we will suggest the models that fit. A light trail bike, a mid-size bike and a full-size motocross bike suit very different riders, and the right choice makes riding safer and more fun.

When you compare models, these are the numbers and features that matter most:

  • Seat height and weight: you should be able to touch the ground comfortably and pick the bike up if it falls.
  • Power and torque: more is not always better, especially for newer riders on tight trails.
  • Battery size: a bigger battery adds range but also weight and cost.
  • Suspension: longer travel suits rough terrain and jumps, while shorter travel feels lighter in the woods.
  • Ride modes and controls: softer modes make learning easier and save battery.
  • Parts and support: popular models are easier to maintain and upgrade.

If you would like to do some research first, our electric dirt bike size chart and our beginner’s guide to electric dirt bikes explain the key numbers in plain English. Then contact us with the models on your shortlist.

Prices, stock and deals

Prices in our store update automatically, so the price on a product page is the price you pay at checkout. If a model or color is out of stock, contact us and we will tell you what we know about the next delivery. Current offers are collected on our deals page, and sale prices show the regular price alongside, so you can see exactly what you save.

Orders and delivery

You can follow your order in your account. For questions about delivery, a change to your order or an address correction, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. If a delivery date changes or tracking stops updating, let us know and we will chase it for you.

Shipping is a flat $250 per bike within the U.S. and $450 per bike to other countries. Parts and accessories ship for $55 per order in the U.S., or $100 internationally. You will see the exact shipping cost in your cart before you pay.

When your bike arrives, check the packaging and the bike before you sign for the delivery, and photograph any damage straight away. Clear photos taken on delivery day make it much easier for us to help you.

Finding the right parts

Many parts look alike but differ between model years and versions. Send us your bike’s model, year and frame number, plus a photo of the part if you can, and we will confirm the right fit before you order. You can browse chargers, batteries, tires and upgrades in our parts and accessories section.

Batteries and charging

The battery is the most valuable part of any electric bike, so it pays to look after it. Use the charger made for your bike, let the battery cool after a ride before you charge it, and store it partly charged in a cool, dry place over winter. If your range drops suddenly, the battery will not charge, or the charger shows an error, stop using it and contact us with your model and a photo of the charger lights or display.

Bikes for younger riders

Youth bikes need the right size, power modes and parental controls. Tell us your child’s age, height, weight and riding experience, and we will suggest a safe starting point. Our electric pit bike guide explains sizing and safety features in detail, and you can contact us with any questions it leaves open.

Upgrades and accessories

From tires and chargers to batteries and conversion kits, the right upgrade depends on how you ride. Let us know what you want to improve, such as range, grip or comfort, and we will suggest parts that suit your model.

Warranty claims and service

Warranty cover depends on the brand and model. If something is not working as it should, stop riding and contact us with your order number, the bike’s frame number, a clear description of the problem and photos or a short video. Our electric dirt bike support team will review it and guide you through the manufacturer’s process.

We can also advise on routine servicing, help you find the right parts for repairs and point you to setup guides for your model. For Surron owners, our Ultra Bee owner’s guide covers setup, care and the most popular upgrades.

Returns and order changes

If you need to return or change something, contact us before you send anything back. We will confirm the right steps, so nothing is delayed or lost in transit. Keep the original packaging until you are happy with your purchase, because it protects the bike or part if it ever needs to travel again. Our refund and returns policy explains the full details.

Riding rules and safety

Rules for electric dirt bikes differ from state to state, and most models are sold for off-road use. If you are unsure where a bike can be ridden, check with your state’s DMV or off-highway vehicle program before you ride on public land or roads. For training, the Motorcycle Safety Foundation lists dirt bike courses for new riders. Riding with a local club or group is also a great way to learn the trails and the etiquette in your area.

Getting ready for your first ride

Once your new bike arrives, a few simple checks make the first ride safer and more enjoyable:

  • Charge the battery fully with the charger supplied, and read the owner’s manual for your model.
  • Check tire pressures, brake operation and that every bolt you can see is tight.
  • Set the suspension sag and lever positions for your weight and riding position.
  • Start in the lowest power mode in an open, safe area until you know how the bike responds.
  • Wear a helmet, goggles, gloves, boots and protective clothing every time you ride.

Questions after delivery are normal. If anything is unclear, contact us with your model and what you are working on, and we will help you get it right.

Can I order online and still get help later?

Yes. Whether you order online or visit us, the same team is here to answer questions about setup, parts and care for as long as you ride.
